This is a very common one.
This is the “hey look at me” brands.
The business is usually named after them.
They are the hero and the customer should want to buy from them over the competition because look how great they are!
It's not their fault, they don't know any better... and this used to work fine when there were less options.
But customers don’t give a shit about you, they give shits about themselves.
So if you’re selling at them, they will disconnect and bounce.
Ain't nobody got time for that.
